 JouleFlux (SME) Wales

Testing and Validation of an industrial AI Co-pilot for industrial Thermal processes.

Our solution connects to the monitoring system of a processing line (SCADA) and map energy flows.

Then, it quantifies optimisation potential, diagnoses root causes of waste heat and energy losses, and provides a prioritised list of actions to reduce losses.

When there are production variations (e.g. feedstock humidity, increase of throughput) or changes in external factors affecting the process (e.g. outdoor temperature), it recalculates optimal set-points.

Benefits: up to 18% energy cost reduction; up to 12% throughput increase.

•Drying of agricultural produce

•Food & Drink Manufacturing

•Bio-materials

•Polymers manufacturing

•Chemical Processing

•Injection Moulding
