Various tools are available for an innovation audit, which forms the basis for consulting in the field of innovation management
a) Self-assessment using a ZENIT tool (takes around 20 minutes, can be completed directly)
b) a European tool including a benchmarking function (takes around 90 minutes, requires a separate invitation from the NRW.Europa team; joint processing is recommended).
The analyses are concluded with a personal consultation and the identification of the most important innovation topics, if the company is interested in a free consultation.
